These versatile dishes are a fantastic addition to your cooking repertoire—especially as grocery prices, inflation, and even shrinkflation continue to rise / shrink-rise!
All pasta recipes are:

No difficult kneading and no resting or waiting time.
Designed to make your life and your meals easier, tastier, and more affordable
Minimum equipment required: a knife, a pot, a can or bottle, a spice grinder, and for one recipe—a single chopstick!

Basil is nearing the climax of its season so now is a great time to get one last burst of summer. This recipe uses seasonal ingredients to allow the chewy and satisfying Trofie pasta to embrace the bright pesto flavors.
My 7-Minute Easy & Affordable Pesto (by hand; about 7 seconds if you have a blender) recipe is so good you’ll be eating it even cold out of the bowl!

This hearty and satisfying dish will transport you back to childhood, with flavors and smells reminiscent of long-simmering sauces—without having to wait hours!
The sauce takes under 30 minutes, and you can have fresh slurpable pappardelle noodles in just 10 minutes.

I know that might sound a little dull, but soon you’ll be able to look up any ingredient to easily discover the latest medical research on how it combats various diseases—plus kitchen and culinary tips and hacks for picking, preparing, and using each ingredient. Everything from getting the stinky onion smell off your hands to making each ingredient more nutritious, bioavailable, and more.
If there’s a specific non-communicable disease (NCD) or dish you want to target, please hit reply to this email or use the button below to let me know. Otherwise, the recipes will focus on a holistic approach, addressing multiple NCDs at once. After all, overcoming or avoiding one NCD isn’t much help if another develops.
