Glad to have you back and that Substack straightened it out. Smart decision to have other options!

Thanks a ton! I’m so relieved to be back, and I really appreciate your support. It’s definitely a good feeling to have a backup now 😅. How have things been on your end? Tried anything new in the kitchen lately? I’d love to hear about it!

So sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately this is an issue that occurs on almost every single platform. That's why having humans review flagged accounts instead of robots is essential.

The most frustrating thing is I asked for the reason why I was flagged, so that I could make sure I don't do/write/say the same thing again.

But they just keep sending me a "rate your experience" email with good or bad as the only options. I voted bad and I wrote that I want more info about why, but they just keep sending the same "rate your experience" email... I guess I can only vote good 🙃

Sounds like an automated response. Is it a do not reply email address? I definitely recommend calling customer service if you haven’t tried that route yet. I really hope this gets resolved!

That's so weird. I'm sorry you went through that. I don't have a lot of faith in any of these social media platforms. I had problems with Instragram so now I don't care as much. I just try to see these platforms as hobbies.

Thank you! That's a good way to look at it! 😊

It seems like the right approach, especially since bots often flag accounts for the wrong reasons while missing obvious spammers and scammers. I mostly didn’t want to lose access to such a supportive community of like-minded writers and readers. 💖 Plus, I was really worried because some of my recipes weren’t backed up anywhere else but Substack! 🤯
