Every week, I transform classic comfort foods into healthy, plant-based, and allergy-friendly dishes using common ingredients scientifically proven to combat non-communicable diseases (NCDs) like heart disease and cancer.
A Bit About Me
Working professionally in kitchens and as a chef for over 20 years I’ve learned a thing or two about cooking amazing tasting food.
I’ve had the privilege of working alongside many professional cooks and chefs from around the world, who generously shared their culinary secrets—some passed down through generations, others discovered through relentless experimentation in demanding kitchens.
After running into serious health problems, and being confused and frustrated, as a chef, about what is actually healthy to eat—because of all the conflicting information on nutrition and health—I decided to take matters into my own hands.
So I started deep-diving into medical research—on respected sites like the National Center for Biomedical Research and PubMed—about which foods are best, based on the latest scientific data from human medical trials and meta studies—not tests done on rats or mice from 30 years ago, but from humans, today!
Over the years, I’ve refined and adapted many of the techniques I learned to work for plant-based cooking—but I’m always creating new recipes! And making them as accessible and easy to as many people as possible to help them heal and eat food that is enjoyable to eat.
So every week I dive deep into medical and scientific peer-reviewed research. I then identify which ingredients are most effective in combating NCDs. Then incorporate these insights into my recipes, ensuring they’re not only delicious but also packed with health benefits that are scientifically proven.
Now, I’m excited to share this knowledge with you, your family, and as many people as possible. Please share with anyone you know who you think would benefit or is undergoing health problems.
I Hate Vegan Food!
As a chef I get it and I agree: vegan food is either bland, boring, or unhealthy. My recipes bridge that gap, offering the tasty foods you love, but with only the healthy and positive effects.
Important Note: Health is a personal journey, and I’m here to support you at your own speed. Start slow if needed, and adapt the recipes to include ingredients you can’t give up just yet.

Ideal for managing Obesity, Heart Disease, Diabetes, Cancer, and other Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs).
If you have other allergies or specific dietary needs, let me know, and I’ll modify or create recipes just for you!

All recipes feature ingredients scientifically proven to fight NCDs, which account for 71% of global deaths annually. That’s 41 million preventable deaths every year!1
I use peer-reviewed studies and reviews, usually RCTs (Randomized Controlled Trials) or meta-studies of RCTs conducted on human subjects, not animal studies.
I do my best to ensure the research is valid and honest—please let me know if you notice any mistakes so I can correct them.
I’ll also occasionally highlight additional health benefits of certain ingredients, such as anti-aging effects, improved mental health, and more when appropriate.

I will eventually have more involved recipes with special equipment that takes longer than an hour to complete only for paid subscribers — including but not limited to things like hard or fermented cheeses, yogurts, vinegars, and many other surprising things, as well as recipes for equipment like air fryers, pressure cookers, sous vide, and others to make more upscale fair, but still following the same standards and ideals as my other recipes.
